System/Hardware Warranty Information
 
1: If the product is received within the warranty plan period as noted on the purchase invoice and is found to be defective, it will be sent back to Vendor for repair or replacement the defective product.

2: Replacement parts will be new, rebuilt, or maybe non-original manufacturer’s parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product at Vendor’s option. If a product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a product of equal or better value.

3: In all cases, returned product must be shipped prepaid (at RCCS' approved expense) with a copy of the invoice. Returning product(s) to place of purchase will be the responsibility of RCCS). The Vendor reserves the right to refuse merchandise that is not meeting the above requirements. There is no renewal after the Extended Warranty is expired.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The following contract becomes effective at Date of Purchase (D.O.P.) xx/xx/xxxx of Extended Warranty. The Vendor*, will furnish labor and replacement parts necessary to maintain the product specified in this contract in operating condition during the term of the contract provided such service is necessitated by product failure during normal usage. The Vendor, at its sole discretion, may either repair or replace the product covered under this contract at our sole option. When a product is no longer available, the Vendor will provide a similar product of equal or better value. If the Vendor chooses to replace the product, a new, rebuilt, or non-original manufacturer’s product of like kind and quality will be provided to the contract holder (RCCS). The term of this contract begins at date of purchase of Extended Warranty and runs concurrently and beyond the manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty up to 1 year. (See invoice from RCCS for actual warranty time coverage per product(s). This contract may not be refundable, renewable, transferable or canceled. This contract is valid only with original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a new owner.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Periodically or consumed parts during the life of the product such as but not limited to batteries; loss or damage resulting from external causes such as dropped product, collision with any object, fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake or damage from exposure to weather conditions, misuse, abuse, damage resulting from improper use of any electrical source, power surges, damage occurring during transport. All preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer to maintain the product in operating condition is the responsibility of the contract holder; loss or damage resulting from failure to provide recommended maintenance is not covered under this contract. Products with altered or missing serial numbers, any consequential damages occurring due to computer viruses are not covered by this contract. RCCS makes no other expressed or implied service with respect to your products, other than limited service set forth above. In no event will RCCS be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such product.

WHAT TO DO IF PRODUCT REQUIRES SERVICE:

Call Ryan’s Computer Consulting Services at 717-597-8687 as soon as possible to begin the warranty process. Depending on severity of products being returned, the process could take 2-4 weeks for repair. RCCS will only ship 3-Day shipping methods. Any other shipping methods will be at the cost of the owner.

*”Vendor” is a term used to assume the place where products were purchased. The Vendor is in no way or form affiliated with Ryan’s Computer Consulting Services. R.C.C.S. Can't control any Vendors Rights to reject a returned item and assumes no responsibilities other than what is written in this warranty called out by RCCS. If an item(s) is found sabotaged or other means of arson, the warranty(s) will be voided immediately.

By signing below, I understand all the above and will not hold Ryan’s Computer Consulting Services responsible for any damages to warranted products. I also understand that Ryan’s C.C.S. is the distributor of the Vendor(s) held responsible for the above implied warranty(s).
