Nintendo DS and DS Lite Repair

If your Nintendo DS or DS Lite is doing one or more of the following, it can be repaired.

•  Broken Hinge or Casing

•  Top/Bottom LCD Screen (no screen, or distorted)

•  Orange Light is on, but no Green Light

•  Broken Power Switch

•  Not Charging

•  Keys are not responding or sticky/stuck

•  No Sound

•  Broken Volume Switch

•  Games will not Load

•  Changing Cases:  Case must be provided by Owner.

If you have no sign of life at all, please contact us first to describe when or how you think the unit was damaged.  Some, repairs are not cost effective such as replacing the entire board on the inside of the unit, however, almost 90% of DS and DS Lite issues can be resolved by replacing components on the main board.

Repair Costs:  $55.00 + $10.00 S/H, This includes labor and 1 part set (Part set examples: set of hinges, set of speakers, 1 LCD top, 1 LCD bottom, fuses, set of buttons.)

Terms and Conditions:  RCCS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged units upon arrival or redelivery of your units.  ALWAYS, use a tracking service provider to our address, if you use USPS, add tracking.  Always add insurance to the value of your unit(s.)  If a unit is deemed un-repairable, then the unit will be returned in the same condition as which it was received, a reimbursement check will be mailed minus the shipping fee ($10.00, so you will get your $55.00 back.)  As part of the terms and conditions, please be sure you include the following information when sending us your Nintendo DS:

•  If you DS is in Warranty, please Contact Nintendo first, unless the unit was damaged by an              accident. Warranties are always void, once a unit is opened, RCCS is not responsible for           voided warranties.

•  Valid Physical U.S. Address (No PO Boxes)

•  Valid Phone Number and Payee Name

•  Payee must be 18 years of age or Older (We assume the majority of owners are Under 18, we            know this isn’t entirely true of course.)

•  Bubble wrap your unit, and put in proper packaging.  Most carriers will help you with this at            their store.

Payment Methods:

Payment must be pre-paid via PayPal, or you can include a check/money order in the shipment. Please be aware that if you pay by check, work will not be done until your check clears.  Money order would be the fastest snail method.  PayPal is always preferred.

Once we have your DS, we will send you an email confirmation.  We will also email you once we ship it as well.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for your DS to be returned and repaired, some parts may not be in stock at the time of arrival.  All units are repaired in the order that which they are received.
