Computer Services
Below is our basic services, if you don't see what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us with your specific question or problem you need solved. The possibilities with computers are endless and so would this list be if we named off everything. For your convenience, you can use our contact form to send us an email.
Service Charge:
$45.00 /Hour (1 Hour Minimum, this applies to on-site & at RCCS location)

Other Fees:
A $20.00 travel fee will be applied after 25 miles from RCCS' location. RCCS limits travel to a 30 mile radius, unless special arrangements have been made. Call for details.
Custom Computers:
We always enjoy spending time with clients to explain the benefits of a custom built computer. Simply, they are by far better built. This is so for multiple reasons such as: only "top" brands are selected to be assembled into a system. If you are interested in a customized computer for your needs or would like to know more of how custom built computers differ from any other, we will be more than delighted to explain to you all the details. All components provided by RCCS in a custom computer built by RCCS is provided with a 1 Year warranty should any of the parts go bad (sadly, it can happen...sigh....), so you have peace of mind when purchasing from us.
Repair/Upgrades:
Maybe you need a full restoration of your system or a little upgrade, no matter the circumstance, RCCS is prepared to take on your challenge. We do stand by our honesty and integrity, so if your system is older than it is worth fixing, we will let you know up front. We want you to be happy with spending your hard earned money, and most of all happy with the results.
Peace of Mind Service Plans:
These plans are tailored to the individual or company's needs. An example of this type of plan would be like a checkup on your computer on a monthly basis. Peace of mind is RCCS making sure your computer is up to the date on security patches, anti-virus (and related) definitions, a working backup of all data is indeed working, and much more. Preventative maintenance is much more affordable than being without a computer, or loosing data, etc.
As for residences, we do offer the option of a twice a year visit, with no contract. We call you at a specified time and see when we can come and inspect your equipment to be sure it is working properly. If you are in a hard time at the moment, you are under no obligation.

Laptop Jack Repair:
Accidents do happen with laptop jacks. A child or pet may trip over the cord bringing your notebook crashing to the ground or maybe the jack came loose and is no longer getting power. This eventually leads to your battery no longer charging and your system will not turn on. Typically it takes about 3 hours to fix a bad connection and replace the the plug if necessary. The turn around is typically less than 10 business days depending on the time to receive the components needed for your laptop. This process is much more affordable than replacing the entire motherboard or buying a new laptop. Unfortunately, not all power jacks can be repaired due to one of the following reasons: short in the board, broken board, or melted board (damaged beyond repair.) Repair options can be determined with a physical inspection of the unit.
Data Recovery:
This happens to us all one point in time or another. "Backup, Backup, Backup!" We can't stress this enough. Well, if it does happen to you, and you are finding yourself unable to get into your operating system, what do you do? We can copy the data over for you to a new hard drive and get you back up and running in a reasonable time (each circumstance is variable). There does come a time though that a hard drive will mechanically fail. This is when the "other" professionals come into play. DriveSavers.com is an awesome life saver when you have your data you can no longer retrieve conventional ways. These are the pro's that RCCS will refer you to when conventional methods do not work. Virus & Spyware Removal:
They come most often when not thought of. Many times, a client will buy a new computer and forget about the virus scanner renewal. This can be a costly "oops." Never the less, whether the computer needs a complete reformat (reinstall everything) or just a good cleaning. RCCS will have you back up and running in a reasonable time.
Networking:
RCCS at the present time only sets up small business and home networking. A small business is considered 35 computer or less. Whether it be for business or playing PC/Console games at home, or sharing your Internet connection. We can help in getting you hooked up with the right hardware for your home or company. In a business environment, this could include a server, workstations, firewall, router, point of sale system, and much more.
