Services:
- Diagnostics: A diagnostic is to determine the problem from hardware to software with any computer related issue. A minimum service call is classified as a diagnostic.
- Sales: Whatever is needed for your business or residence, we can work out the details of every component needed to get the job done. We work with a wide range of environments from single computers to server/network environments. Let us assist you with being a on stop shop for all your hardware needs.
- Virus/Malware Removal: Viruses and spyware are very sneaky and managing their way around many popular anti-virus scanners. This can sometimes be unnerving to the end user, because of the high potential of identity theft and security breaches. RCCS can get your system back to a healthy state and remove these infections, leaving you only with peace of mind.
- Maintenance: This service provides a complete inspection of your computer(s) and/or network. This includes: software updates, defragging hard drive, registry cleaning, start-up optimization, security check (anti-virus, firewall, etc.) and physical clearing of dust inside tower/laptop. This service will prolong the life of a computer and potentially find problems before they become a unrepairable. (Additional Hazard fees may apply for smoke and industrial environments when cleaning interior of computer is removing hazardous material.) We do not maintenance any bio-hazard or radioactive related equipment.
- Repairs & Upgrades: Sometimes systems slow down because of parts wearing out or the needs of the system are more in demand now then what it was originally designed for. Never the less, many computers are able to be upgraded to newer and faster components. This can be a memory, video card, hard drives and many other components to upgrade in place.

Hard Drive/Solid State Drive Repair: There are times when hard drives just quit. This is often devastating to one that doesn’t have a current backup (see next service.) We can get your system back to working again with a full service turn around that includes the following: Data transfer from failing drive (if possible) to new hard drive, operating system installed, all provided and related software, on-site setup of printers, Internet, and any other attached device. This service will require the computer to be worked on off-site at RCCS office location, and returned to you promptly upon completion of the repair.

E-Waste Recycling: While Ryan’s Computer Consulting Services is not a recycler or processor (disassembler) of computer electronics, we do offer a collection service at no charge (if directly brought to us) for a wide range of electronic waste. We are doing our part ensuring that e-waste is being recycled appropriately. The recycler(s) we utilize meet or exceed Responsible Recycling Practices (R2) and/or e-Stewards® standards. Please refer to our e-waste page for complete details.
- Data Recovery: When drives/media fail, it is more often possible to recover the data, than not. We have the abilities to recover non-physically damaged hard drives, flash cards, and memory sticks (flash drives/jump drives. If the recovery is very sophisticated, other options are available. Your data will be backed up an external devices such as a new hard drive, computer, flash drive, etc.
- System (Desktop/Laptop) Setup: Going to a new computer can be exciting as well as dreading for some. If you are concerned about how to move your data files safely from one computer to another such as e-mails, mp3s, pictures, documents, etc., then this service will not only transfer those data files, it will also setup your new computer and attached devices (excluding network setup) without worry.

Business Maintenance Options: We do offer maintenance plans for small businesses. Some examples of the services we provide on a monthly basis are, but not limited to: Hardware checkups, virus checks, software updates, data backup, and discounted rates on services outside of contract. Home & Business Networking: Installing WiFi or a new server/network infrastructure roll-out, we have you covered. A site evaluation may be necessary to ensure the proper hardware that will be needed at the business or residence.

Laptop/Notebook Power Jack Repair: Repair of part in/on a laptop, including DC Jack. Parts will be additional cost to service. This service includes 1 component. Hard Drive is excluded from this service and is covered under the hard drive replacement service.
